Clinical Manager, Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Nurse Manager/Home Care RN for our Pennsauken, NJ home care office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout Burlington County. 

As a Nurse Manager your day may look like this! 

•  Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. 
•  Visit our Assistive Care clients and conduct assessments in Burlington, Ocean, Camden Counties
•  Develop the care plan and oversee its execution. 
•  Supervise home health aide (HHA) staff in the field. 
•  Facilitate new hire orientation. 
•  Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff. 

If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following qualifications, this could be your perfect fit:

• RN with at least 2 years of clinical experience
• Strong clinical skills; home care experience a plus
• Passion for mentoring and staff development
• Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule
• Supervisory experience preferred

Base Salary: $85,000- $90,000 / year depending on qualifications with bonus opportunity depending on office KPI goals
