SCHEDULE -

Monday - Friday between 7:30am - 4:30pm

SALARY RATE -

Pay Rate: $23 / hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

• Deliver orders to customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Receive daily rush orders and weekly Corporate/Tigard orders.
• Check stage on orders.
• Put away stock in the warehouse and pull will-call orders for customer pick-up.
• Maintain bin locations.
• Process ship-outs from the branch.
• Process all warranty and returns and verify that paperwork has been neatly and properly filled out.
• Prepare warranty and returns for shipping to Tigard branch and/or vendor directly.
• Order and return compressed gas tanks as needed.
• Clean and straighten the warehouse daily.
• Work well as a team player.
• Follow all Company Policies/Store Standards.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES –

• Assist with counter/phone sales and calling customers to inform them of any backorders that are ready for pick up on an as-needed basis.
• Recycle cardboard and empty branch garbage twice a week.
• Fill freight claims when necessary.
• Assist with stocking the showroom.
• Attend ongoing training classes.
• Work on special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS –

• Must possess and maintain a current valid driver’s license for at least 5 years.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have box truck experience.
• Shipping/receiving, and material handling experience preferred.
• HVAC/R experience along with customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Forklift Experience preferred.
• 3-4 years box truck delivery driving experience.
