The Large Format Business at HP is undergoing an exciting digital transformation, moving beyond traditional hardware into software solutions and digital experiences. As part of this evolution, we're looking for a motivated and curious Graduate Software Product Manager to join our global team.

You will support the definition, development, and delivery of innovative software solutions that power the future of printing ecosystems.

What You’ll Do

As a Graduate Software Product Manager, you will:

·       Learn how to conduct customer and market research to understand pain points, needs, and emerging trends

·       Assist in identifying key problems and opportunities for new or improved products

·       Help shape value propositions and product concepts based on user insights

·       Participate in data analysis and KPI tracking to support decision-making and performance evaluation

·       Support in building business models and opportunity sizing to evaluate new product ideas

·       Contribute to the definition of product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps

·       Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders in an agile product development environment

·       Engage in product validation efforts, from early discovery to post-launch feedback gathering

·       Help create go-to-market (GTM) materials, training content, and internal documentation

·       Support the ongoing success of launched solutions by monitoring feedback, adoption barriers, and usage metrics

What You Bring

·       A recent Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

·       A genuine interest in technology, software products, and user experience

·       A data-driven mindset, with curiosity around KPIs, product usage, and customer feedback

·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

·       A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse, international teams

·       Proactivity, openness to feedback, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

·       Creativity and critical thinking to approach problems with fresh perspectives
