Seagate’s Legal and Government Relations team is represented by a group of smart, diverse, dynamic, motivated, and collaborative professionals situated in our offices around the globe. We are a cross-functional team with expertise in a variety of legal specialties and in government relations to assist the business as it navigates the complex legal and geopolitical operating environment worldwide.
We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-impact support to the Vice President of Global Government Affairs and the Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property, Data Governance, and Litigation, while partnering closely with the Director of Legal Operations on department-wide processes and tasks.
About the role - you will:
- Own complex calendars for the VP of Global Government Affairs and the Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property, Data Governance, and Litigation; coordinate travel, expense reports, and other daily support needs.
- Schedule and support external meetings, including with collection of briefing materials, liaising with senior executive calendars, and coordination with global Seagate sites for VIP visits
- Assist with the billing and budget process, including using billing software, assisting with accounts payable, and maintaining budget tracking spreadsheet(s)
- Assist with the onboarding of vendors and new employees
- Assist with the contract and document signature process, including through automated tools such as DocuSignAssist in the management of service of process
- Maintain team SharePoint pages, distribution lists, and document repositories, support data entry and data integrity projects
- Work with full range of Microsoft suite tools in preparation of requested documents
- Build productive and collegial working relationships internally and externally
- Show flexibility as workloads fluctuate and be ready and willing to assume additional projects/work from others on the team as needed

Your experience includes:
- Demonstrated experience supporting executives
- Interacting and communicating at all levels within the organization, including executive, clients and internal customers
- Excellent computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Smartsheet’s, etc.)
- ERP software, preferably SAP
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience

Salary: The estimated base wage range for this position is $29.03 - $42.30 /hr. The individual base wage is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience,
