You will work in the Strategic Projects team (run by <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/fanny-de-vesinne-lar%C3%BCe-3043b346/">Fanny</a>) and will collaborate closely with the Country Manager Italy (<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/mariano-spalletti/">Mariano</a>). You will work with Qonto's different teams (e.g. Tech, Product, Compliance, Finance, Back office, and Marketing) - and will ensure transversal coordination between them in order to carry out your missions!<br/>👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As Strategic Project Manager Italy at Qonto, you will<br/>• Assess, define, and set up new offers (in-house or through strategic partnerships) to enrich the range of services offered to our clients in our markets (including Italy) and meet our business objectives (X-Pay, Inst SEPA, Direct Debits, financing offers, etc.). This will include: market trends and customer analyses, B-case, Make / Buy / Partner assessments, RFP, and project deployments along with key internal teams (product, tech, growth, legal, finance...)• Support our Country Manager, <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/mariano-spalletti/">Mariano</a>, on the elaboration of Qonto strategy in Italy and the identification and prioritization of key offers and projects to meet customer needs and win the market• Lead cross-team strategic initiatives - including product, tech, risk, compliance, customer service, marketing, sales, or HR - to accelerate our growth<br/>🤔 What you can expect<br/>• Work in a fast-paced and scaling environment• Collaborate with almost all Qonto teams (product, tech, growth, legal, risk, tech, finance...)• Work in an international company, with teams in 4 European countries• Be part of the most strategic projects for Qonto and interact closely with the top Management including the Co-Founders<br/>🤝 About your future Manager <br/>Your future manager will be <a href="https://fr.linkedin.com/in/fanny-de-vesinne-lar%C3%BCe-3043b346?trk=people-guest_people_search-card">Fanny</a>, our Head of Strategic Projects<br/>• Her background? Fanny brings her experience on strategic issues and projects, knowledge in the Retail Banking and Services Industry, and expertise in launching and scaling teams and activities<br/>🏅 About You<br/>• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or as a project manager in a startup (Experience in payments/Fintech is a plus)• Languages: you speak Italian and English.
