THE JOB:

As a Parking Ambassador, you will be part of a service-orientated team that invites guests in for an exciting yet comfortable urban adventure. Your compassionate attendance to customer needs will serve as an inspiration to teammates, and provide the kind of energized, comfortable atmosphere. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. 

THE STARTING RATE: $15 PER HOUR

THE SCHEDULE:

*Must be able to work below shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Grave Shift: 11:00PM to 7:45AM

Days Off: Sunday and Monday

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Monitor vehicle entry and exit, ensuring only authorized access with MGM Rewards cards and employee badges.
• Rotate posts every 2 hours to cover different areas, staying vigilant and providing a friendly, welcoming experience.
• Assist with directions, respond to guest and employee inquiries, and manage traffic flow to prevent congestion.
• Guide vehicles to parking spots, report suspicious activity to security, and ensure pedestrian safety in the parking area.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a front-facing guest service role.
• Possess a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Personable and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.

The typical pay for this role is:

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
