New Restaurant Opening! Busser at Marufuku Ramen

Marufuku Ramen, voted best ramen in California, is coming to Las Vegas! We are excited to be opening our first location on W Sunset Rd and Durango Dr. 

We offer flexible scheduling, employee meal discounts, a supportive work environment, competitive compensation, and career advancement opportunities. We are hiring multiple bussers both full and part time. Full time will range between 30-40 hours per week on average. Base pay of $12.00 per hour

• Interview Dates: Nov 4 - Nov 18
• Hiring: Nov 18 
• Onboarding: Nov 25
• Training: Nov 29 - Dec 10
• Grand Opening: Dec 11

About:

Busser responsibilities include serving plates, glasses and silverware, refilling beverages, and cleaning tables. If you enjoy a fast-paced way of working and want to kickstart your career in the hospitality industry, we would like to meet you.Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining and patios areas before guests are seated.
• Place tableware and condiments on tables.
• Refill beverages and take orders.
• Remove dirty utensils and replenish them, as needed.
• Remove table trash as needed.
• Provide special highchairs and silverware sets for families with young children.
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all dining areas.

Requirements

• Work experience as a Busser, Food Runner or another entry-level role in a restaurant is a plus
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
• Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law.
