Core Responsibilities
Act as a flexible HR generalist, providing support across multiple HR functions such as benefits, employee relations, compliance, HR partnering, site initiatives, and workforce solutions, in response to shifting business and team priorities.
Serve as a trusted partner to leaders, providing guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, policy application, and employee concerns, ensuring consistency and fairness.
Support legal and compliance efforts to ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
Collaborate with global and local HR teams to support the alignment and implementation of best practices, policies, and initiatives across the organization.
Represent HR Operations & Partnering in cross-functional projects, ensuring stakeholder needs are met while driving a positive employee experience.
Use data insights and feedback to guide stakeholders in decision-making and continuously improve HR processes.
Facilitate effective communication between employees, HR, and leadership to maintain an engaging, high-performing work environment.

As an HR Operations Generalist with an Operations and People Partnering focus, you’ll collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless and engaging employee experience. You’ll support the business and HR team by assisting with a broad range of HR functions, from employee relations to compliance, while helping to address workforce needs as they arise. By building strong relationships, you’ll provide valuable guidance to employees on various HR processes, helping them navigate challenges and align people strategies with business objectives.
Your proactive and thoughtful support will be essential in fostering an inclusive, positive, and motivating work environment that aligns with the organization’s values and goals. Success in this role will come from your adaptability, strong communication skills, and focus on practical solutions. By partnering with teams across the organization, you’ll help meet evolving business needs and contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment that supports both organizational success and employee motivation.
Do you have what it takes?
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, particularly in HR Operations with a focus on Employee Relations and HR Compliance, ideally within an international, matrixed organization.
Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and step into different HR functions as needed.
Strong communication skills, with a focus on offering clear guidance and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with adaptability in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in supporting HR programs and initiatives across a variety of operational areas.
Strong focus on providing excellent support, with an emphasis on meeting employee needs.
Proven experience leading group discussions and engaging with employees at all levels of the organization.
Commitment to promoting an inclusive and supportive workplace.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a focus on collaboration and influence.
Experience working with HR data, reporting, and analytics. Proficiency with HR software (HRIS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional details on this position
This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St. in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St. by the mid-2025. Our hiring team will discuss this with you during the interview stages.
