What You'll Do

• Lead & Innovate: Architect and develop our Decentralized Private Key Management ecosystem, driving technical strategy and execution.
  Pioneer Solutions: Design and implement key permission smart contract systems to fuel financial product innovation.
• Collaborate & Mentor: Lead a distributed engineering team, fostering growth and excellence among full-time engineers and freelance developers.
• Shape the Future: Contribute to our project white paper and define the technical roadmap for the Stratosphere Network.
• Drive Decentralization: Propel the progressive decentralization of our network infrastructure.
• Integrate & Scale: Evaluate, integrate, and maintain open-source components, architecting secure and scalable solutions across multiple blockchain platforms.

What You Bring

- Experience: 

• 5-7 years in software development.
• 3-4 years in distributed systems and blockchain technology.
• 2+ years with secure key management systems and cryptographic protocols.

- Deep Expertise In:

• Corda (v5.2+).
• Cryptographic systems (SSS, MPC, TSS).
• Smart contract development (Corda and Ethereum).
• Distributed ledger technologies and consensus protocols.

- Strong Proficiency In:

• TypeScript/JavaScript, Java/Kotlin, Node.js, SQL (PostgreSQL), React.

- Leadership Skills:

• Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
• Strong background in security protocols and secure key management.

- Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions.
• Cross-chain communication protocol expertise.
• Knowledge of secure enclave/TEE implementation.
• DevOps expertise across multiple cloud platforms.
• Experience with chaos engineering and distributed systems testing.

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually. 
• Equity: Up to 10% of company shares.
