As an Assistant Slots Manager, you'll experience the excitement of the gaming industry firsthand while leading a dedicated team in delivering exceptional guest service and fostering employee engagement. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and safeguarding assets, all while creating a thrilling atmosphere for both staff and patrons. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• To engage employees and foster a positive work environment, implement regular feedback mechanisms, such as pulse surveys or one-on-one meetings, to identify and resolve issues promptly while recognizing and rewarding achievements to retain top talent.
• Assist the Shift Manager with management of human resource responsibilities to include training, issuing discipline and ensure the proper documentation of all actions taken for assigned staff members.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms
• Ability to lead & mentor a team
• Has bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Has 2+ Years of prior relevant experience or experience in a slots/casino environment.
• Must be 18 years of age
