Key Account Technologist (all genders)

Job Responsibilities

• Manages Penetration and Defense activities for assigned accounts
• Is the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned account teams regarding customer management
• Customer Review meetings, Value Selling Initiative Package Reviews, Customer Meetings, etc.
  • Owns meeting alignment between Account Team and Product Group
  • Attend onsite customer meetings 
• Track Commitments and Action Items (from customer meetings)
• Align Priorities with the AT and Product Group teams. Bridges between all levels in the account team and the product group
• Management of beta features/ proliferation strategy
• Responsible to generate and submit ideas for new projects/products (to product mgmt.)
• May be involved in customer escalation management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the semi-conductors equipment industry
• Preferably  holding a Degree in Physics or Engineering. An MBA would be an asset
• Excellent oral and written skills in English. Chinese knowledge would be an advantage
• This position  Requires up to 25% international travel

Employment in Austria

This position will be occupied in Villach, Austria and is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group H.  The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
