Your Key Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the finance department with a strong hands-on mindset
• Preparation of monthly, semi-annual and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Greek Local GAAP
• Financial reporting to local management and the international DERTOUR Group head office
• Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning (P&L, cash flow and balance sheet)
• Cash flow management including clients, suppliers and banking relationships
• Responsibility for tax calculations, tax compliance and payments
• Establishment and further development of internal control systems and risk management
• Analysis and steering of financial KPIs to support business decisions
• Supervision and development of the finance team, including feedback, training and talent development
• Close cooperation and sparring with the CEO and Group CFO on strategic and operational decisions
• Oversight of daily accounting operations and close collaboration with operational departments

Your Profile

• 5–8 years of professional experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a senior or leadership role
• Proven experience in group structures and international reporting environments
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, IC reconciliation and Greek Local GAAP
• Solid background in financial reporting, budgeting and controlling
• Experience working with targets and performance-driven organisations
• Hands-on, business-minded leader with strong communication and team skills
• Fluent in Greek and English; German is an advantage
• Confident user of MS Office and SAP
