About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sr. Data Analytics Manager to lead the technical development, infrastructure planning, and product maturity of our real estate analytics platform. This role is at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and product leadership — helping to turn complex datasets into scalable, actionable solutions for internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure & API Enablement
Own the architecture and roadmap for analytics infrastructure, ensuring scalable pipelines, efficient compute, and modern deployment frameworks. He/She will collaborate closely with DevOps, Engineering and Product teams to deliver stable, secure API’s that expose key datasets, power dashboards, and support customer and partner integrations.

Data Lake & Warehouse Development
Lead the strategy and execution of building and maintaining a modern data lake and cloud-based data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift etc.). He/She will ensure ingestion pipelines, transformation logic, and governance frameworks are designed to support analytics use cases, machine learning, and downstream reporting at scale. This includes both structured and unstructured real estate data.

Core Responsibilities

  • Gather and understand data product requirements based on stakeholder input and business needs

  • Partner with data engineers to implement ETL/ELT pipelines, dimensional models, and metadata layers

  • Own roadmap and lifecycle for internal tools and external analytics APIs

  • Engage with business, product, data science and customer teams to align data delivery with market needs

  • Implement quality assurance and monitoring protocols across data systems

  • Champion documentation, security, and data governance best practices

  • Evaluate and integrate third-party data sources and platforms as needed

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in data product management, analytics engineering, or related field

  • Strong understanding of modern data architectures (cloud data warehouses, data lakes, streaming pipelines)

  • Experience with real estate, geospatial, or financial datasets is a strong plus

  • Familiarity with technologies such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Looker, Tableau, or similar

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and manage product roadmaps

  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Salary Range (US Only):

The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $152,000.00 - $228,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.

Other Compensation (US Only):

This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.

Time off (US Only):

The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
