Job Summary:
As an Insurance Services Representative at Woodruff Sawyer, you’ll support account teams by executing administrative tasks related to account management and renewals. This role is highly flexible, with the ability to work remotely and with multiple schedule options.
What You’ll Do:
As an Insurance Services Representative, you’ll be an integral contributor in supporting the user experience for client requests and will liaison with various stakeholders throughout the organization. You’ll work closely with the Insurance Services Manager and Team Leads, and will collaborate with support service teams to successfully assist with new and existing client accounts. You’ll proactively communicate process related concerns with a focus on continuous improvement for process enhancements.

Experience & Qualifications:

1-3 years’ experience in customer service and data-entry administrative support

High School Diploma or advanced education

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs( Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and other workplace technology (Zoom, Slack, etc.). A plus if you have Salesforce experience.

More About Us:
Compensation: Anticipated salary between $41,974.00 - $62,055.00. Salary offered will be dependent upon geography, experience, and expertise of the candidate.
This position is eligible to participate in an incentive program to earn additional compensation with a target equivalent to 8% of salary annually, based on individual and Company performance.
