As a B2B Product Designer, you will be a central figure within our dynamic 9-person team, crafting and optimizing the user experience on our AI automation platform. Immediate Onboarding & Immersive Start: We're looking to bring someone on board immediately. The selected candidate will embark on an intensive 2-week journey with us, working from our offices in either Rotterdam or Valencia. This hands-on period will focus on setting up the initial platform. Following this, the role will transition to a more moderate pace, continuously striving for improvement and innovation in our platform.

Position Overview: As a Freelance B2B Product Designer, you'll breathe life into our AI CX Automation platform. You will craft intuitive interfaces and seamless user experiences that empower businesses globally. Your designs will be at the heart of our technological revolution.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to translate complex AI concepts into easy-to-understand and engaging user experiences.
• Take charge of the entire product design process, from ideation and wireframing to prototyping and testing.
• Utilize and contribute to our design system while ensuring brand consistency.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements and feedback to iterate upon your designs continually.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, always striving for excellence and innovation.

Requirements

• Proven B2B product design experience, preferably in tech or SaaS industries.
