Responsibilities

The Role — Imagine Your Day Here:You’ll partner with the Building Principal to help lead a year-round special education program serving students with complex needs, including autism and developmental, behavioral, and psychiatric challenges. Set on a scenic therapeutic campus, your role blends leadership, instructional support, and case management — equal parts planning ahead and thinking on your feet (sometimes before 8 a.m.).

 

Your Impact Will Include:•  Supporting daily school operations with the Building Principal•  Leading IEP development, compliance, and case management•  Mentoring and supervising paraeducators and support staff•  Building strong partnerships with families and community providers•  Overseeing scheduling, student placement, and daily logistics•  Stepping in as acting administrator when needed (no superhero cape required… but we’d respect it)

 

Qualifications
