Maintenance Manager – Multi-State Facilities

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee building and equipment maintenance across multiple facilities located in different states. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot issues, coordinate timely repairs, and ensure a safe environment for all employees. Frequent travel is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Program across all sites, adhering to industry’s best practices.
• Schedule, oversee, and coordinate all repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Manage maintenance-related budgets, including overhead and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
• Source and coordinate with vendors for specialized maintenance or repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
