What We're Looking For:

Produces professional-level technical skill and judgment to provide non-routine technical support for computer/data center operations for both physical and virtualized environments.

• Applies professional-level technical skill and judgment to provide non-routine technical support
for computer/data center operations for both physical and virtualized environment.
• Contributes to install, configure and troubleshoot server and non-desktop computer hardware,
software, systems and other resources in a data center or other centralized computer network
setting.
• Contributes with team to maintain access control, data integrity and file system security for the
computer/data center environment.
• Participates to monitor, track and record system performance and utilization metrics.
• Contributes in development of information technology and infrastructure projects which support
on/off premise and Infrastructure-as-a-Service solutions.
• May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services
and outsourcing functions.
• Support company-wide, web-enabled and cloud-technology solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Technology required.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience.

• Must have experience supporting cloud infrastructure in a GCP, AWS, or Azure environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud Architect or Engineer Certification (i.e.AWS Solution Architect, GCP Certified Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.) highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, such as, GCP, AWS, or Azure services and best practices.

• Solid understanding of the best practices around security and willingness to advocate and implement control policies.

• Proficiency in scripting and automation to streamline operational tasks and workflows.  Preferred knowledge and proficiency working with Jenkins, Terraform, Python and/or PowerShell.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work both independently and excel in a collaborative work environment.

• Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures

• Demonstrated analytical skills.

• Experience in performing in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment.

• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
