What are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a Junior Tax Assistant to join our Tax – Global Mobility Services (GMS) team.

What is GMS?
Global Mobility Services supports multinational and local companies, as well as their international employees, with tax, social security, and immigration aspects of cross-border assignments. Whether it’s expatriates coming to Romania or Romanian employees working abroad, we help organizations navigate the challenges of global mobility.

What we are looking for:

• A motivated, purpose-driven person who takes pride in their work and acts with integrity
• Problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and strong communication skills
• Flexibility, openness to change, and a proactive approach
• Good knowledge of standard office IT applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English
• Previous internships or 0–1 year of professional experience in Tax, HR, or related fields would be an advantage (but is not a must)
• Knowledge of payroll legislation or related applications is a plus
