Why does this role exist?
We are seeking a HubSpot Analyst to optimize and maintain our client's HubSpot ecosystem. This role is crucial for ensuring data integrity, streamlining marketing workflows, and managing communication systems that drive business growth. The position exists to transform raw data into actionable insights while maintaining efficient automated processes that enhance customer engagement and operational effectiveness. 

The Impact you’ll make

Data Management & Quality 

• Perform comprehensive database cleanup and maintenance
• Standardize data entry protocols
• Implement data validation rules
• Monitor data quality metrics

Workflow Optimization 

• Design and build automated workflows
• Optimize existing process flows
• Integrate communication systems
• Monitor workflow performance

Marketing Campaign Support 

• Assist in campaign setup and execution
• Configure marketing automation sequences
• Track campaign metrics
• Optimize campaign performance

Communication Systems Management 

• Set up and maintain texting integrations
• Create automated communication workflows
• Monitor message delivery and response rates
• Optimize communication channels

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
• Proven track record in database management and cleanup
• Experience with workflow creation and optimization
• Demonstrated success in marketing automation
• Background in implementing communication integrations
• WFH Set-Up:
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
  • Back-up computer and internet connection
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...

Work Setup:

• Remote position
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
• Occasional weekend availability for urgent matters
• 40 hours per week

Compensation:

• $7 per hour
