Inside Sales Representative

Spectrum Industries is looking for a new team member to provide support to our Outside Sales Representatives. This position will contact Spectrum's authorized resellers to answer questions, define project scopes, and generate product pricing.

• Answers incoming phone calls, email inquiries, and website chat requests
• Generates product quotations, checks order statuses, views shipping details, and reviews customer account statuses
• Maintains a log of end-user and reseller feedback regarding their product and order experience 
• Reviews incoming customer orders to ensure pricing, terms, and products are accurate and that customer's timelines and requests can be met
• Supports end-users and resellers experiencing product issues by coordinating replacement parts for warranty products, quoting out of warranty replacement parts, and coordinating special needs with other departments
• Makes outgoing calls to customers and resellers to promote and generate interest in Spectrum’s products and services
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s degree in a related field
• Three to five years of related work experience
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience  
• Detail-oriented (preferred)
• Teamwork skills (preferred)
