Your role:
- Performing contract review, for compliance, to ensure all applicable policy criteria have been satisfied
- Analyzing and limiting business risks
- Utilizing critical thinking to analyze complex contract requirements, special provisions, pricing, internal approvals, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations and corporate policies
- Creating customized, timely and accurate invoicing per terms of service contract utilizing government payment resources
- Ensuring revenue recognition is in line with finance requirements
You're the right fit if:
- You have bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent sales support experience
- 3+ years experience in sales support within a customer service and or contract processing environment preferred
- Experience with government contracts preferred
- Excellent and concise oral and written communication skills, including active listening
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Proficient typing and 10-key data entry by touch
- Familiar with working in CRM and ERP systems

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you will reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN
