Job Description:

 

The Workday Business Process Analyst plays a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on optimizing efficiency and effectiveness through technology and process enhancements. As a member of the Workday Product Management team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Workday Financial Management solutions. Your responsibilities will span from gathering requirements to troubleshooting, ensuring the integrity and quality of FIN information and processes. 

• Partner with business SMEs and users to understand and refine business requirements. Determines related impact analyses.

• Translate business requirements into documented use cases, refining and maintaining the product feature/enhancements prioritization and tracking, and serving as the liaison between business functional team and Product team. 

• Eliciting new business requirements and envisioning improved service offerings

• Documenting and publishing solutions to commonly reported issues; updating as needed 

• Facilitating business stakeholder verification and end user acceptance testing; Responsible for the thorough testing and analysis of new Workday features and functionality and participates in release planning, accountable for regression testing, unit testing,

• User Acceptance testing and pre-launch testing / sign-off for new features or enhancements. 

Qualifications:

• Workday Financial Management experience required; Workday functional expertise and familiarity with technical offerings (EIB/Core Connectors/Integrations) is preferred. 1-3 years required.
