We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Modesto, CA. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll be responsible for assisting in the management of client accounts, supporting campaign development, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day management of client accounts
Coordinate and support account activities, campaigns, and deliverables
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams
Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic reports
Help maintain positive client relationships through timely communication
Conduct market research and support in strategy planning
Ensure all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
0–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
