Completing end-of-shift checks to oversee that your team leaves their workstations in top condition for the next shift
Helping your team resolve scheduling issues and giving members access to clock in and out
Ensuring that Machine Operators have what they need to succeed including needed materials and accurate printing parameters
Stepping in where you’re needed with tasks like operating the DTG machinery and performing quality checks to fill production gaps and keep your team on track
Filling in for the Shift Lead when necessary and performing other duties as assigned
