Lifeworks is seeking a Team Supervisor to work in our Brooklyn Park Day Services program. The Team Supervisor collaborates with Team Managers, Senior Managers, and Program Leadership to manage, coordinate and support staff providing service delivery across Community Based Day Support and Employment Services.

Hours: Full-time 40hours/week, Monday – Friday (Exempt)
Location: Lifeworks Services – Brooklyn Park
Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000/year

How you’ll be spending your time:
- Understanding applicable standards for service delivery including Intensive 245D, Vocational Rehab Services and CARF.
- Providing support to program leadership in the areas of staffing, scheduling, giving work direction and providing coverage as needed.
- Providing Designated Coordinator oversight for assigned caseloads.
- Providing support to program employees including hiring, coaching, training, and recognizing and reinforcing desired performance.
- Partnering with Program Leadership and Compliance to respond to audit results, complete follow-up, and provide retraining to staff.
- Participating in review of program financial statements, including monitoring expenses and achieving projected revenue targets, including customer-facing time.
- Ensuring that staff comply with Lifeworks policies and procedures.
- Working effectively with other supervisors and managers to achieve Lifeworks mission, strategic plan and operational goals.
- Initiating, developing, and maintaining relationships and community contacts to increase employment and social opportunities for individuals
- Following safety procedures and assist in identifying safety needs for self and others
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to understand and communicate written and verbal directions.
- Regular attendance, reliability and punctuality is necessary to meet the needs of the business.
- Business acumen in program service delivery, monitoring expenses, time entry, and billing.
- Well organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Aptitude to work independently with excellent time management skills.<
