Senior PeopleSoft Developer

ICF’s Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department, seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Developer. The ideal candidate should provide senior level PeopleSoft development and application expertise in support of creating system enhancements and resolving system issues. Support activities include but are not limited to performing technical design and analysis, performing proof of concepts for new improvements, develop code compliant with Federal and HR Line of Business software development standards, and conduct unit testing. The Contractor shall adhere to HRConnect technical standards and create documentation that is sufficiently detailed to allow new personnel to study and acclimate with minimal effort.
Responsibilities:
Create PeopleSoft solutions using an agile approach for development and deployment, including gathering and documenting requirements, recommendations for design and usability improvements, development, testing, and operations and maintenance
Proactively identify issues during the software development lifecycle, prior to introducing issues in production.
Support all migration activities by ensuring all projects, objects related to that project are documented with all necessary migration instructions that need to be performed. These instructions must be clear and should be easily executed by Database Administrators
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft 9.2
5+ years of experience with PeopleTools 8.59 or greater
5+ years of experience with Application Engine, Component Interface, Fluid, SQL/TOAD, BI Publisher, Application Workflow Engine, PeopleSoft Security, API Integration
US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).
Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply
Preferred Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills including individual and presentation to small groups.
