Production Operator (Fairmont, Minnesota)

Responsibilities:   

• Observing all safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe work area 
• Applying quality instructions & specifications 
• Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met 
• Loading/unloading material into & from equipment 
• Working as a team member through sharing information, problem-solving & assisting others 
• Implementing proper procedures
• Supporting our vision and our customers
• Creating success

 Required:  

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

Desired:  

• Post-high school education 
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience in a manufacturing plant environment
• Experience with a production reporting system
• Certified Production Technician Certificate
• Basic computer knowledge 

Pay & Benefits: 

The starting rate of pay for this position is $23.87 - 24.89 with the ability to go higher. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
