About the role

WellSky is seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team. Client Success Specialist are responsible for executing strategic programs to improve client outcomes across the markets WellSky serves. This role will represent WellSky to develop relationships with our clients and facilitate partnerships creating strong operational alignment to maximize the value of our solutions. This role will ensure that our clients receive the highest possible return on investment and satisfaction from our suite of solutions and services.

A day in the life! 

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Engage with clients in response to client requests for contract adjustments, navigating to understand their opportunities and navigate client partnerships and experiences with our solutions.
  • Action on key client milestones to create positive client interactions, adding value and guiding the client with WellSky engagements.
  • Understand the full client lifecycle engagement expectations across WellSky’s business and operational teams, identify opportunities for increased client alignment and partner with client organizations to streamline client experiences maximize long-term value.
  • Deliver improvements for core business KPIs, measuring engagement behaviors, client outcomes, value improvement, and business growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2-4 years related work

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills, such as empathy and patience.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills.
  • Advanced organizational skills, such as time management.
  • Problem-solving skills, such as research and analysis.
