THE JOB: 

The primary responsibility of the Food Runner at La La Noodle is to serve guests while providing courteous and prompt table-side service. By understanding guests' unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:  $15.3803 Per Hour + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Welcome guests warmly and positively, ensuring they feel at ease

• Serve food promptly from the kitchen to the table, following the service sequence and instructions from the Chef or kitchen expediter

• Provide detailed descriptions of the dishes upon serving and address any questions about the menu items

• Complete assigned tasks for opening and closing procedures, and inspect and maintain cleanliness of the dining area

• Relay guest requests and feedback to the kitchen and management, and assist in maintaining smooth operations and high-quality service

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Must currently hold or be able to obtain both a Food Handler’s card and Alcohol Awareness card

• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

• Six (6) months experience in a high-volume fine dining environment as a Food Runner or Server

• Demonstrates strong proficiency and passion for customer service

• Enjoys problem-solving and is adept at handling challenging guest scenarios with professionalism and tact in a fast-paced hospitality environment
