RESPONSIBILITIES IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE TO JOB:

• Cleans College buildings including bathrooms, kitchens, offices and classrooms.
• Replaces paper and toilet products; replace accessible light bulbs.
• Performs dusting, vacuuming and furniture waxing.  Sweeps and mops floors.
• Cleans and washes walls, baseboards and doors.
• Cleans windows.
• Removes trash.
• Police the outside of buildings.
• Performs others duties as needed to achieve the goals of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in institutional cleaning preferred.
• Basic understanding of cleaning methods and materials.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Own transportation.
• Ability to work overtime as requested by Supervisor required.
• Must provide proof of valid Mass. driver’s license and registration.
