  • Support field teams during product launches, territory expansions, and key account development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Regulatory to ensure training content is accurate, compliant, and commercially relevant.
  • Translate complex clinical and technical information into compelling, field-ready messaging and tools.
  • Drive influence on global field sales messaging.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure alignment between promotional messaging and field training content.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish KPIs to measure training effectiveness, knowledge retention, and impact on sales performance.
  • Gather ongoing feedback from field teams and leadership to iterate and improve program content and delivery.
  • Leverage LMS platforms and digital tools to create scalable, trackable training experiences.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Education, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in medical device sales, clinical support, or sales training — preferably in neuromodulation, spine, or a related implantable device category.
  • Strong understanding of spinal cord stimulation, pain management, or neuromodulation therapy.
  • Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.

  • Certification in instructional design, adult learning theory, or professional coaching.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering sales training programs in a regulated medical device environment.
