We have an exciting opportunity for an early in career professional to join the Advanced Integrated Surface Sensors team within the Advanced Technology (AT) SBU. As a key member of the finance team, you will help be responsible for performing detailed financial analysis to help define and understand monthly variances to budget and the EAC position along with support to the FP&A team.

This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and candidates are expected to be within a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA.

What You Will Do

  • Provide lead finance support to successfully satisfy programmatic and financial organization goals for a portfolio of programs.
  • Participate in the preparation of budgets and schedules for all contract work and perform financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure program costs are collected correctly by maintaining active charge numbers and IOTs, monitoring actual charges, and processing transfers when appropriate.
  • Monitor funding status providing reliable and timely notification of funding status with line-item detail.
  • Prepare financial Contract Data Requirements (CDRL) for programs with focus on accuracy and on time delivery.
  • Review and approve invoices for submission to customer. Monitor billing status and unbilled issues, work to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Carefully monitor program revenue and profit recognition to minimize risk to the organization. Analyze revenue and profit risks and opportunities on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead the effort to complete quarterly Estimate-At-Complete for assigned programs.
