Job Summary

The General Manager leads the overall culinary and hospitality experience across a two‑building corporate dining program, serving Monday–Friday lunch service and daily coffee bar operations. This role oversees two coffee bars, two plated lunch services, and a team of approximately eight team members. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, the General Manager ensures operational excellence, strong client relationships, and a welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across two buildings, including two lunch services and two coffee bars
• Manage P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the account
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, guests, and internal partners
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance conversations, and team engagement
• Manage scheduling, payroll, labor planning, and ongoing training for team members
• Partner with the Chef and culinary leadership to develop menus and ensure high‑quality food preparation and presentation
• Support the rollout of new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and company policies
• Foster a positive, collaborative workplace environment where team members feel supported and empowered

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading foodservice or hospitality operations, ideally in a multi‑unit or high‑volume setting
• Knowledge of budgeting, P&L management, financial performance, and labor stewardship
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain client partnerships
• Collaborative leadership style with a focus on coaching, development, and team engagement
• Ability to oversee both culinary and service operations, including production, finishing, and presentation
• Experience with high‑volume production or catering environments
• Familiarity with scheduling, payroll systems, and basic administrative tools
• Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus
