Maintenance Technician

Description

We are seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Platinum Communities. The maintenance technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. The preventative and responsive maintenance duties ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This position has on call requirements.

Requirements

To be considered:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver license and pass Motor Vehicle Report.
• Prior experience in a CBRF/RCAC environment preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and write in English.
• Flexible and available to work beyond regularly scheduled hours, as well as weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must have or be willing to obtain CBRF/RCAC certifications as needed.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent communication skills.
