Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our diverse specialty clinics, which include ENT, Pulmonary, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine. The RNs will provide specialized care to patients across a wide range of medical needs, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver timely and effective interventions aimed at promoting optimal patient outcomes. This role involves conducting thorough assessments, educating patients and their families about their specific health conditions and treatment options, monitoring health status, addressing complications, and implementing protocols to create a safe and supportive environment for all individuals in our care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in various specialty clinics, conducting thorough assessments to evaluate individual health needs and concerns specific to their medical conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient, ensuring optimal health outcomes and satisfaction.
- Educate patients and their families about relevant care practices, including treatment processes, potential complications, and follow-up care to enhance overall health and well-being.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, including any complications or changes in condition, and promptly communicate findings to the healthcare team to facilitate timely interventions.
- Support patients in managing their healthcare by providing guidance on addressing challenges related to their specific conditions and treatments.
- Implement and adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the specialty clinic, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in accordance with healthcare standards and regulations to support high-quality patient care.
- Advocate for patients by addressing their concerns and needs, providing emotional support, and encouraging active engagement in their healthcare decisions.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements/Certifications:
- Must have a valid unrestricted RN license from any US State or territory.
- Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 Years of experience in specialty in the last 3-5 years.
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in nursing or prior experience in a military or government healthcare facility is strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- May be exposed to contagious diseases, radiation, and high-stress environments.
Other Special Qualifications:
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Englis
