SENIOR CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT

Annual Salary: $36,420.80

Paid Bi-Weekly: $1,400.80

(Qualifying shifts are eligible for a $.50 per hour shift differential)

*Position for Senior Certified Nursing Assistant (SCNA) includes a sign-on bonus of $1,000.00, which will be paid out over a two-year period at 6-month intervals (restrictions apply).  Any employee leaving employment with the agency or moving to OPS prior to that timeframe will forfeit any additional bonus reimbursement. Returning employees must have left the Department for a period of 12 months or more to be ‎eligible for the sign-on bonus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be currently licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Florida.
• Must be willing and able to work a schedule that is inclusive of weekends and holidays.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Successful completion of the due diligence process to include, but not limited to, a Level II background check and drug test.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• One (1) year employment experience in a long-term care facility (skilled nursing; nursing home; and/or assisted living facility).
