In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Azure Data & AI Delivery Lead to spearhead the execution of large-scale, enterprise-grade data transformation and AI initiatives on the Microsoft Azure platform. This leadership role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring delivery excellence, and maximizing business value for our global clients.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Azure cloud services, data engineering, and AI/ML solutions, along with a proven track record in leading complex transformation programs. This role demands strong client engagement, delivery governance, and the ability to lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Azure-based data and AI programs, including legacy modernization and greenfield implementations.
Define and implement delivery governance, best practices, and agile methodologies for scalable Azure solutions.
