What’s the role?

This is your opportunity to bring your business development expertise, networks and relationship building capability into the world of Private Wealth.

As a Private Executive, you'll focus on building and growing relationships with high-net-worth clients, helping them grow, protect and transfer their wealth with confidence. You'll leverage your professional networks and client acquisition experience to connect with new clients while working alongside specialists across Wealth, Lending and Private Banking to deliver tailored solutions.

We're particularly interested in speaking with successful Business Development Managers and relationship focused professionals who have a strong track record of generating opportunities, building trusted partnerships and growing client portfolios. Experience in Private Banking isn't essential. What's most important is your ability to build meaningful relationships, open doors and create opportunities.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country.

What do I need?

• Strong client acquisition and business development experience with a proven ability to generate new opportunities
• Established professional and community networks with a relationship first approach
• The ability to build trust and credibility with affluent and high net worth clients
• A genuine interest in wealth management, investment solutions and private banking
• Sound judgement, risk awareness and a commitment to doing what's right for customers
