About the Role:The Sr. Product Trainer will report to the Associate Director of Global Training & Enablement with a dotted line to the Head of Product, GTM. This individual will be responsible for supporting a comprehensive product training curriculum and facilitating training for internal team members across our global team in various time zones (US, APAC, EMEA). This includes product certifications and development of live and on-demand training for a global audience. You will work with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Technology and Product Leadership to determine Product training priorities. This includes building new content for product skills areas, communicating expectations, and defining metrics to track impact of training.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the product SME by partnering with the Product Team as they “train the trainer” (you) on all new and existing Madison Logic (ML) Products
  • Deliver live product training to ML teams and provide coaching and support, enabling ML teams to use and speak to the full use cases of our solution
  • Align with Product Management and Product Marketing to ensure that live training, eLearning and all training materials support global product adoption of all new and existing products
  • Own the creation and facilitation of product certifications
  • Collaborate on eLearning modules and monitor/report on completion
  • Develop supporting educational materials (e.g. playbooks, etc…)
  • Track and report on product training KPIs to senior leadership to measure training effectiveness
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments and execute targeted training programs to address skills-gaps in coordination with the Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech, Customer Success, and Operations teams and communicate feedback to relevant product stakeholders regularly
  • Collect feedback on training courses and adjust content as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or University Degree, with a focus on Teaching, Technical Education, Adult Learning & Development and/or Education Studies strongly preferred
  • 12+ years total experience in training or related field with 2+ years specifically in product training
  • 5+ years practical experience in training program design
  • Proven experience facilitating live, interactive trainings
  • Coaching Certification strongly preferred

Other Characteristics:

  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing a plus
  • Experience with WorkRamp (or equivalent LMS) strongly preferred
  • Experience with reporting and analytics
  • Advanced organizational skills with experience in project management preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Proven ability to build relationships
  • Prior experience in engineering and the technical aspects of product development a huge plus
Expected Compensation: (Dependent upon Experience) Base Salary in NYC, Boston, and DC Metro Areas: $90,000/yr – $100,000/yr. Base Salary in Colorado: -10% of posted range Base Salary all other regions: Please inquire for more information. Additional Compensation (Annual Discretionary Bonus): $5,000 - $10,000
