KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and maintain vehicle application records and usage data. 

• Ensure accuracy and timely updates of operational data. 

• Track and coordinate transport-related payments. 

• Support compliance with system processes and adherence requirements. 

• Assist with data analysis and preparation of reports. 

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Management or Administration

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiar with MS Office 

• Organized, discreet, and eager to learn

• Team player with a proactive attitude
