Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience working with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level solution intent and the solution intent information models and documentation requirements, including Model-Based System Engineering and UML or SysML architecture diagrams
  • 5+ years of experience in data-centric software architecting, software systems engineering, microservice architecture, containerization, cloud services, and DevSecOps and agile development
  • Experience with planning, defining, and high-level designing of a solution and its alternatives
  • Experience coordinating among the Contractor’s development team, the Product Owner, and the key technical stakeholders to ensure that the technical architecture needs are planned and accounted for in support of the new business features and capabilities
  • Experience enabling the Continuous Delivery Pipeline through appropriate design guidelines
  • Experience establishing critical non-functional requirements
  • Ability to define services and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to services, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience providing oversight and fostering Built-In Quality and Team and Technical Agility
  • Ability to actively participate in the Continuous Exploration process as part of the Continuous Integration and Delivery Pipeline, including in the identification, planning, and execution of technical work
  • Ability to support technology and engineering aspects of program planning and execution
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS or Software Engineering
