Required Skills 8+ years of experience working in Agile methodologies, including:·        User story creation·        Working as a Business Analyst within Agile teams·        Participating in all Agile ceremonies·        Leading Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives8+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools 8+ years of experience performing highly complex (senior level) business analysis work 8+ years of experience working under limited supervision, exercising independent judgment and initiative8+ years of experience performing Quality Assurance (QA) reviews of user stories to ensure:·        Acceptance criteria are clearly defined·        Non-functional requirements are documented·        Stories meet Definition of Ready8+ years of experience coordinating and guiding User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders, ensuring:·        Timely sign-off·        Proper documentation of additional backlog items8+ years of experience identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation, including preparing proposals and/or wireframes for new system development8+ years of experience consulting on application analysis, troubleshooting system issues, and implementing solutions.
