Bristol Myers Squibb’s Cell Therapy Manufacturing facility at Devens is advancing cancer treatment through innovative manufacturing and business process transformation. We seek a proactive, results-driven Senior Project Manager for the site GoSolo deployment program. The program will consist of a variety of projects including implementation of the Automated Manufacturing Suite, the hybrid manufacturing process and other transformational automation improvements. This role demands a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to develop executive-level communications for leadership and global stakeholders.
Shifts Available:
Monday to Friday
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitation & Coordination: Proactively support program and project leaders in the planning, scheduling, and execution of site GoSolo deployment activities, AMS operations integration, and tech transfer processes.
- Project Leadership: Lead assigned subprojects and focused workstreams, managing deliverables, timelines, resources, and documentation to ensure completion and compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a central point of contact among cross-functional team, ensuring consistent communication, requirements alignment, and resolution of issues.
- Organizational Excellence: Maintain detailed schedules, project documentation, risk logs, action items, and meeting notes; implement robust project organization and knowledge management.
- Executive-Level Communications: Prepare and deliver high-quality, succinct presentations and status reports for senior and executive leadership, effectively synthesizing complex information.
- Financial & Resource Tracking: Support budget management, resource allocation, and contract/procurement administration for assigned projects.
- Risk & Change Management: Identify, document, and communicate project risks/issues; contribute to change control and regulatory compliance activities in collaboration with the project/program leads.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote PMO best practices, digital tools, and innovative process management to improve project facilitation and team performance.
- Culture & Collaboration: Foster a positive, engaged, and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork, accountability, and open knowledge exchange.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Demonstrated success supporting complex projects and managing cross-functional subproject teams.
- Strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and superior organizational skills.
- Proven ability to create impactful executive-level communications.
- Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, PowerBI, iPlan, etc.).
- Sound knowledge of GMP/cGXP, validation processes, financial tracking, and documentation standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and facilitation skills within global matrix organizations.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of project management experience in biopharma, cell therapy, or regulated man
