We’re actively seeking a talented Technical Delivery Specialist to join our New Business Workflow technology team in Newport Beach, CA.

As a Technical Delivery Specialist you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by driving Agile execution, delivery coordination, and stakeholder alignment for key applications within Pacific Life’s Life Insurance business. You’ll be the driver of delivering clarity, alignment, and predictability, ensuring teams stay coordinated and stakeholders stay informed—from planning through release.

How you’ll help move us forward:

• Support and guide day‑to‑day delivery execution for assigned applications

• Maintain and monitor work progress and delivery metrics in Azure DevOps

• Provide clear delivery visibility on timelines, milestones, risks, and changes

• Ensure incoming work is refined, ready, and aligned with technical and business expectations

• Collaborate with architects and analysts to confirm delivery readiness and workflow alignment

• Coordinate cross-team handoffs and dependencies without deep technical integration ownership

• Communicate delivery status, impacts, and risks to stakeholders and leadership

• Support release preparation and ensure operational teams are informed

The experience you bring:

• 8+ years in IT delivery, Agile delivery, or technical project coordination

• Strong experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking and reporting

• Solid understanding of enterprise application delivery and SDLC

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to navigate shifting priorities and maintain delivery predictability

What makes you stand out:

• Financial services or insurance experience

• Experience with workflow platforms like Appian

• Familiarity with cloud-hosted or enterprise platforms (no deep technical expertise required)

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$137,610.00 - $168,190.00
