The USFGMD will achieve this with a professional, well-trained, diverse work force creating a positive and profitable customer relationship resulting in Total Customer Satisfaction and growth of our business.The Federal Cybersecurity team is responsible for supporting security compliance and services for US Federal Government customers worldwide. Information Protection Specialists assist customers, development organizations and third party vendors with meeting demanding and ever evolving security requirements to insure Motorola products and systems are available in the moments that matter.
Job Description
- Design, develop, and test software, tools and applications.
- Support efforts necessary to supplement product development of features
- Assist with support of the lab systems to ensure components are configured and functioning properly and available to support testing and development activities as required.
- Provide support for field activities including implementation planning and deployment, assisting with troubleshooting/resolving issues.
- Assist with development of policies and training of support personnel as required.
- Provide Tier 2 support for Federal Service supported products and services.
- Test and vet patches, firmware, software updates/upgrades, technical notifications on different Operating Systems, applications, software, transport and networking devices, databases, web servers, etc.
Basic Requirements
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Cyber Security, and related Engineering field of studies
- Graduation date must occur on or after December 1, 2024
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
