- Strong independent worker that can prioritize and self-identify tasks
- Capable of cross team communication, collaboration, and status reporting
- Perform problem resolution and identifying new solutions
- AWS Solution Architect or AWS SysOps Administrator Certification
- Experience troubleshooting, and supporting Microsoft Windows Servers
- Strong communication skills and self-starter who can thrive in a distributed (remote) work environment
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux administration
- Secret clearance required
- Must be a US Citizen
- DOD 8570-01M certification: IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+ CE)
