JOB SUMMARY

As an HVAC Salesperson, you’ll be the face of Five Star, forming positive client relationships, developing new accounts, and closing deals that bring in repeat business. A typical day? Cold calls, client meetings, trade shows, and delivering HVAC solutions that solve real customer needs.

You’ll need to listen, understand, and act—turning every opportunity into success, for yourself and for the people we serve.

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

• ✔️ Valid Driver’s License & insurable driving record
• ✔️ Minimum 2 Years of HVAC Sales Experience
• ✔️ High School Diploma or GED
• ✔️ Strong understanding of HVAC systems
• ✔️ Top-tier customer service & communication skills
• ✔️ Self-motivated & reliable
• ✔️ Excellent time management
• ✔️ Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays if needed)
