About Us

At Scooters Coffee, we believe in creating a fast, friendly, and customer-first experience with every cup we serve. Our team is growing, and we are looking for an Assistant Manager who is motivated, reliable, and ready to step into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth service, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving performance goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading by example and providing outstanding customer service
• Supporting and coaching baristas during shifts
• Monitoring speed of service and operational efficiency
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and high-standard environment
• Managing schedules and ensuring proper staffing coverage
• Assisting with inventory and store reporting

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: $16.00/hour starting rate, paid biweekly
• Performance Reviews: After 3 months, with potential pay adjustment based on performance and store needs, and annually thereafter
• Paid Time Off (PTO):
• After 3 months, you’ll receive 1 week (40 hours) of PTO during each rolling 12-month period
• PTO may be used for vacation or personal time (subject to approval)

What We’re Looking For

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred (hospitality, food service, or retail)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak business times
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Commitment to customer service excellence
• Reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude

Work Schedule

Schedules are set based on business needs. Flexibility is expected, especially during weekends and peak hours
