WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
• Assist the coordinator and supervisor in the day to day operations in the distribution area. Provide follow up to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and problems resolved appropriately.
• Works with personnel in the assigned work area to complete tasks accurately to ensure all work is processed in a timely and efficient manner. Regulates flow of work through a work area and works with coordinator and supervisor to communicate training, special handling, documentation needs; etc.
• You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the area to ensure the work flow is accurate and efficient.
• Responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system. Communicates training, special handling and documentation needs for the area. Assist the coordinator and supervisor to keep the work flow moving in the assigned area.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required
- High School Diploma / GED
Preferred
- two (2) year minimum Logistics, Manufacturing and/or equivalen
